who is ricki ruiz?
Ricki Ruiz is a 25 year Gresham resident. From kindergarten to graduation.
His work focuses around public safety through the Neighborhood Ready Program, oversees youth recreation programming, co-leads the Youth Advisory Council, and serves as a city-wide Spanish interpreter
